All of our products are individually handmade and often customized to your specifications.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Production Time: Each item is made to order. Production times may vary depending on the product and volume of orders. Estimated processing times are provided as a guideline.

• Personalization: Personalized items are created exactly as per the details you provide. Please double-check all information before submitting your order, as no changes can be made once production has started.

• Returns and Cancellations:
  All sales are final due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products. However, a 24-hour reflection period is offered after your purchase, during which you may request a cancellation and full refund. After this period, no cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

• Shipping:
  Orders are carefully packaged and entrusted to reliable carriers. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses during transit. Tracking information will be provided when available.

• Product Variations:
  Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur. These small differences are part of the uniqueness and charm of handmade items and are not considered defects.
