All of our products are handmade with care and shipped from Aix en Provence, France.
Please note that while I do my very best to ensure your package leaves in perfect condition, I cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, or losses once it is in the carrier’s hands.

Tracking information will be provided whenever possible to help you follow your package’s journey.
If any issue arises during transit, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly.
